IBC-INSPECT: residue and dirt can contaminate containers. If this is the case, they need to be cleaned and/or repaired
Top priority must always be given to safety when transporting hazardous waste. And so regular inspection, maintenance and cleaning work is top of our list when it comes to our waste collection and transport containers. To ensure this can be carried out, REMONDIS Industrie Service has its own container cleaning and repair facilities at various business locations.
Our modern facilities have been approved by BAM, the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing. Here, both the inside and outside of the containers are first cleaned by hand to remove any large pieces of dirt before being cleaned using high-pressure equipment to get rid of any remaining residue. Following this, our experts inspect all special containers to check for damage before carrying out any necessary repair work. Such work also involves carrying out a detailed quality check to ensure that the containers once again fulfil the necessary requirements to allow them to be used for collecting hazardous waste – in a manner that is both safe and environmentally friendly.
In our modern facilities, the containers are freed of any dirt and residue – both inside and out
We inspect your IBC containers regularly in accordance with the relevant regulations. Our inspection facility has been approved by BAM, the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing. All containers are as good as new at the end of the cleaning process so you can be sure that they be used again safely.
